D) Ordering of materials (from cement to roofing to your new garage door)
Construction
is building the garage. That usually includes:1) Scheduling all inspections & work crews
2) Preparing the concrete slab, footers, & stem walls
3) Framing, roofing, electrical, windows, doors, etc
4) Installing the garage door(s) and opener(s)
5) adding insulation, drywall, interior finishing, & paint
